Shipping policy

1. DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Orders are processed daily by 12PM, packed and shipped within the next 5-7 working days.

Any orders placed after 12PM daily will be processed the next day and shipped within the next 5-7 working days.

Shipping in Malaysia is at a flat rate of RM15 (EM) and RM20 (WM).

 

2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

As our products vary in size and shape, with some products requiring extra wrapping for protection, we are not able to provide a flat rate shipping fee for all countries.

You may email us at friendenarts@gmail.com or send us a message at the 'Contact Us' tab and provide us your address so we can estimate the rate to your area.

Since the courier rate can differ depending on the regions and areas, we are unable to estimate a flat shipping rate. Sorry for the inconvenience. For any information, please contact us.
