Return policy

If you believe your item is damaged upon receiving it, please notify us within 48 hours (2 days). Upon confirmation from us, you will have a total of 2 weeks to return your order.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item is in the same condition as when you first received it, and returned in its original packaging, with all other materials, if any.

To start a return, contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



As our products are not pre-made, and are made-to-order, with various prints and sizes, we do not keep the inventory or stocks with us.

Hence we do not receive exchanges, neither can the items be swapped with other paintings.

Sale items or gift cards are also non-exchangeable and non-returnable.



For returns or refunds, send us an email at with photo evidence of the defects or damages for the received product. Our team will guide you through the return process. We will not entertain any items that are returned without our knowledge.

Once all criteria are met and we have receive the returned goods, we will inform you, and initiate the refund process. Please allow a total of 20 working days for the full refund to be banked in to your card / account, depending on your chosen mode of transaction.
