Shipping

1. DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Orders are processed daily, but orders placed after 12PM will be processed the next working day.

Upon confirmation of order received (please check your email), your order will be packed and shipped to you within the next 5-7 working days.

Shipping in Malaysia is at a flat rate of RM15 (EM) and RM20 (WM).

 

2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

As courier rates may differ depending on your country / region / area, we are unable to provide a flat shipping rate for international deliveries.

However, if you would like an estimate of the shipping charges to your country / region / area, do drop us a message at friendenarts@gmail.com or at the 'Contact Us' tab, and provide us with your mailing address.
